Allison is an advocate for consumers and employees in a variety of litigation matters, including class actions against illegal employment practices and unlawful business practices that threaten consumers’ rights to privacy and fair treatment.  She also assists patent inventors in fighting infringement of their intellectual property.

Some of Allison’s representative cases include

  • Representation of plaintiffs in employment class actions challenging illegal practices in the trucking industry.
  • Representation of plaintiffs in consumer class actions against national retailers under the Song-Beverly Credit Card Act, California Civil Code § 1747.08.
  • Representation of the plaintiff in breach of contract and fraud litigation that resulted in a multi-million dollar settlement for her client after six days of trial
  • Representation of entrepreneurs and inventors in patent infringement litigation, including appearances at five Markman hearings in the Southern District of California
